The Iron Resistance Bands are interchangeable heavy duty resistance bands created for the advanced user to take shaping, sculpting, and defining the upper body to the next level. Simply remove 1 to 3 of the red starter bands from each side and replace with the Iron Bands to provide the perfect amount of resistance as you progress. Each Iron Band is 20 lbs. of resistance, 60 lbs. per side, 120 lbs. total.
